Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, efficient inventory management, and high service standards within our logistics division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch.

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and forklift operators.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement control measures to prevent discrepancies.

• Optimise space and processes to maximise efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.

• Implement continuous improvements to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on warehouse activity, KPIs, and operational performance.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing a high-performing warehouse, ideally within 3PL/contract logistics.

• Experience using WMS systems (SnapFil experience advantageous).

• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Commercially aware, adaptable, and able to drive process improvements.
