The Role

As Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key duties include:

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
• Supervising and motivating a team of warehouse staff
• Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control processes
• Ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy
• Maintaining health & safety standards and conducting audits
• Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing solutions
• Driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations
• Managing vehicle loading and dispatch operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• IT literate with experience using warehouse systems
• Forklift licences (Counterbalance/Reach) beneficial
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred

Working Hours & Benefits

• 42.5 hours per week
• Rotating shifts between 05:00 – 18:00
