Warehouse Supervisor – Lichefield – Up to £29,000
Our client, who are an International freight forwarder are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team in Lichfield.
You will be overseeing the safe storage and the movement of goods in and goods out
Job type: Permanent
Hours: AM Shift or Late shift (Warehouse hours: 07:00am to 18:00pm)
Package:
- £27,000-£29,000
- 25 days annual leave
Role:
- Warehouse Supervisor must ensure full adherence to all health & safety policies
- You will be coordinating the movement of goods around storage facilities
- As Warehouse Supervisor you will manage absence, probation’s, RTWs, agency controls, conduct within their team.
- Working hands-on with the team, you will learn what each person does and work with them to develop efficiencies in this company
- All administration must be accurate and up-to-date
- All pallets must be moved and stored in line with company procedure
- Make sure the warehouse is Health and Safety compliant
Requirements:
- Experience managing warehouse facilities
- Haulage background (Essential)
- Strong team management skills
