Position – Warehouse Team Leader
Location – Redditch
Salary – £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours – TBC

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Team Leader
Promoting a health and safety culture. Ensuring all individuals on site are working within safe, healthy and comfortable environment. (Through the use of tools such as QRQC,5s)
Ensure daily production plan is achieved operationally with respect to all quality & productivity objectives.
Support the management of reallocation of duties between APZs
Ensuring the smooth running of 3 Auto production zones.
Assisting and leading risk assessments.
Training new starters & temporary employees in accordance with the relevant work instructions/procedures, ensuring all training is validated, documented and recorded on the multi skills matrix.
Ensuring standard time management is respected by all operators at all times.
Ensuring that objectives and tasks are achieved in a proactive, efficient manner.
Experience required – Warehouse Team Leader
NVQ Level 3 Warehouse and Distribution (or 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of H&S in the workplace.
Warehouse experience within manufacturing setting an advantage.
