Workshop Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Fitter

My client is on the lookout for an experience Workshop Engineer to join their successful family run Engineering business. This role can offer great progression opportunities and a great work/life balance. You would be part of a great engineering team dealing with inspecting, servicing & repairing pumping equipment.

The role

  • Service, repair and assembly of pumps and various other equipment.
  • Strip down and re-build
  • Complete service reports

You

  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Experience of working in a workshop engineering / maintenance role. Likely to have been a maintenance engineer or mechanical fitter.
  • Working knowledge of pumps or similar mechanical equipment is beneficial.
  • Electro-mechanically competent.

Benefits

  • £27k/£32k based on experience.
  • Mon/Fri role – 8am/4.30pm – Potential overtime.
