Workshop Manager package: £45K – £60K

Workshop Manager The role: As Workshop Manager you will be liaising with the Compliance Manager regarding workshop safety, you will be servicing vehicles and trailers and supervising the workshop staff, Workshop Supervisor will maintain the computerised service records and ordering parts and supplies. You are expected to manage disciplinary meetings as appropriate. Vehicles must be checked, serviced and MOT’d in line with company policies. You will be conducting out road tests and ensuring staff also do so safely.
Company You will be joining a family-run logistics company that are experts in all they do, are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team. You will take a lead role in servicing vehicles and trailers and supervising the workshop staff.
Requirements Workshop Supervisor
NVQ level 3
Experience as a Manager
Strong mechanical and electrical skills related to heavy vehicles
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
