You will be joining a family-run logistics company that are experts in all they do, are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team.
You will take a lead role in servicing vehicles and trailers and supervising the workshop staff.

The Role:
- As Workshop Supervisor you will be liaising with the Compliance Manager regarding workshop safety
- you will be servicing vehicles and trailers and supervising the workshop staff
- Workshop Supervisor will maintain the computerised service records and ordering parts and supplies.
- You are expected to manage disciplinary meetings as appropriate
- Vehicles must be checked, serviced and MOT’d in line with company policies
- You will be conducting out road tests and ensuring staff also do so safely.
The Requirements:
- NVQ level 3
- Experience as a Supervisor
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills related to heavy vehicles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
