Position – Ocean Import Clerk
Location – Sunbury-On-Thames
Salary – £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours – Monday – Friday 0830 – 1730

Key Responsibilities – Ocean Import Clerk
Job Description would be as follows:
Contacting shippers to arrange FCL/LCL collections, Booking with shipping lines & Co loaders.
Liaising with our partner agents at destination to take bill of lading instructions, creating draft MBL/HBL docs for approval.
Completing exports customs entries.
Sending pre alerts & shipped on board advices.
Updating MW in house admin system
Invoicing customers/agents.
Experience required – Ocean Import Clerk
Must have previous experience within a freight forwarder.
Must have Ocean Freight experience.
