Job Title: Finance Assistant – Shipping
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday – Friday / 0830 – 1700 – 1 Year FTC
Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

Duties – Finance Assistant – Shipping
Raise necessary Sales Invoices
Terminal Activities for Group and Third party customers
Manufacturer contracts held by WWS
Raise necessary Invoicing for handling fees
Post forwarding Invoices using ITOMS (in house system)
Update all relevant spreadsheets
General ledger recociliations.
Maintain holiday and sickness cover to ensure business runs smoothly.
Assist in other areas of business needs as and when required.
Requirements – Finance Assistant – Shipping
Experienced in Sales invoicing
Good understanding of accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Finance degree – AAT Level 3 or similar
