Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinator- Reading- Up to £30,000
Our Client is seeking a confident Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Taking guidance from the team Lead, you will be part of overseeing a large contract for our client, arranging the delivery of company goods across a large site. You will maintain excellent relationships with both external and internal stakeholders which is an integral to provide a professional end to end service. You will act as the first point of contact for any queries or issues that may arise, identifying opportunities to move these goods as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Job Type- Permanent
Salary – up to £30,000
Responsibilities:
- As a Logistics Coordinator you will ensure movements of goods on site
- Processing and Administration
- Preparing quotes for services – complete end to end service to the customer
- Processing and administrating sales is an important aspect of any business operation
- Book, plan and monitor the movement of contracted goods across the company site
- Use data systems to prepare and submit the information required by customs authorities as part of the management of the international movement of goods
- Planning & Teamwork
- Building a solution to carry out the job, collaborating with the wider team
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience as an Operations Coordinator working for a UK based company
- Must have DV (Developed Vetting)
