Building Surveyor – South
Commercial estate agent and property adviser with more than 100 staff across several offices working with owners and developers from private companies, PLCs, to public sector bodies.
Role
- All aspects of commercial Building Surveying
- Carrying out surveys, creating schedules, contract administration, project management, and dilapidations.
- Flexible working arrangements available, including part-time and remote working
You
- Organised, and self-motivated without the need for direct management
- Ideally a RICS Chartered Surveyor or Associate on the path to becoming Chartered.
- Be a confident business developer with existing and new clients
- Expert knowledge of commercial property surveying, project management
Package
- Salary depending on experience up to £70K + bonus
