Air Import Coordinator

Air Freight Import Coordinator – £28K- £35K – Feltham

An Air Freight Import Coordinator is required to join a International Freight Forwarder at their Feltham Site.

The Air Freight Import Coordinator is required to have a good understanding of Air Imports and have a good background in customer service.

The Package:
£28K- £35K depending on experience
Monday- Friday 09.00-17.30
20 days increasing to 25 holiday plus bank holidays.
Pension – company contribution
Bonus and Incentives

Air Freight Operator Role:

Effectively manage Air Imports start to finish
An exceptional customer care standard at all times. Communicating daily on the phone.
Customs – standard knowledge
Ability to build relationships and increase business with existing clients.
Invoice jobs on completion

Freight Coordinator Requirements:

Air Freight experience
Import essential
Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
Operational skills
Excellent Customer Service experience
UK based experience
