Maintenance Manager – Static Manufacturing Site
Mechanical or electrical Maintenance Manager required for a highly successful industrial M&E installation and maintenance company. This will be based on a manufacturing site in Oxford, where you will manage a small team of electrical and mechanical factory maintenance engineers
This would suit an experienced mechanical or electrical maintenance manager with experience in a client facing role
Duties:
Managing a team of electrical and mechanical manufacturing maintenance engineers
Working with to achieve maintenance SLA’s
Responsible for finance
Background:
Mechanically or electrically qualified, either as apprentice trained or formal qualification such as a diploma, degree or city & guilds in an mechanical or electrical engineering discipline
High level of PLC controlled machinery knowledge such as machine tools, lathes etc
Package:
Base salary £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday
Day shifts only
8am to 5pm
38 hours per week
Christmas Bonus
28 days holiday
