Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Our client are a leading manufacturer of industrial filters and ventilation products.
We are currently seeking a Sales Person based in the North Midlands area, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of industrial filters, ventilation, and ducting products, as well as associated services. This role involves both new business development and account management within the designated territory, covering the North West/Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a range of industrial filters, ventilation, and ducting products, as well as associated services.
- Work remotely from home while covering the North West and, occasionally, nationwide.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with various engineering departments to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
You:
- Proven experience in a similar role such as Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive.
- Preferably possess knowledge of ventilation, filtration, air filters, ducting, AHU’s, or related products.
- Based in the North West with a full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
