Transport planner required in Derby
A leading haulier are looking for an ambitious and driven Transport Planner to join their growing team.
You will be routing company owned vehicles UK wide, ensuring maximum fill and profit is achieved at all times.

Must have UK wide routing experience.
The Details:
£28,000 – £32,000
4 on 4 off shifts
The Role:
Transport Planner will be routing company owned vehicles UK wide
You must ensure driver & vehicle compliance with all road transport legislation, including WTD
You will be liaising with customers and hauliers to source backloads as needed
All vehicles must be used to maximum capacity to ensure profitability
Transport Planner will work to achieve company targets as set by the TM
All associated administration should be accurate and up to date
The Requirements:
1+ years as a Transport Planner
General haulage experience
Previously sourced backloads
Excellent understanding of WTD
