Account Manager – International Freight Forwarding

$100,000 Base Salary + Bonus and Benefits
We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager for a leading global freight forwarder. This position will manage strategic customer relationships, coordinate activity across an international network and drive account retention, revenue growth and service development.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans for key customer accounts
Build relationships across customer organizations
Identify revenue-growth and service-diversification opportunities
Manage bids, pricing, yields and account profitability
Conduct customer business reviews and monitor performance KPIs
Coordinate service delivery across operational and global teams
Maintain accurate CRM records, SOPs and customer requirements
Requirements
Freight forwarding or international logistics experience
Proven account management or business-development experience
Strong knowledge of global supply chains and logistics solutions
Experience growing and retaining strategic customer accounts
Confident presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Package
$100,000 base salary
