Air Conditioning Contracts Manager

£50,000- £55,000 + Car + Bonus

We’re recruiting an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager for an established heating, cooling and renewable energy contractor operating across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager or Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple installation projects, managing everything from survey and quotation through to installation, commissioning and handover.

The Role

• Manage multiple air conditioning installation projects

• Oversee residential and commercial AC contracts

• Carry out site surveys and assess installation requirements

• Prepare quotations, estimates and project budgets

• Manage engineers, installation teams and subcontractors

• Coordinate equipment, materials and procurement

• Plan project programmes and installation schedules

• Manage client relationships and project communications

• Monitor project costs, margins and commercial performance

• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards

• Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover

• Identify additional works and new business opportunities

The Candidate

• Experience as an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Installation Engineer

• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems

• Experience with split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems

• Background managing AC installation projects

• Able to survey, scope and price installation works

• Experience managing engineers and subcontractors

• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project margins

• Strong client-facing and organisational skills

• F-Gas qualification advantageous

• Full UK driving licence

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced air conditioning professional who wants to take greater responsibility for contracts, project delivery and the growth of an established AC division.

You’ll have ownership of projects from initial survey and costing through to installation and handover, with the opportunity to develop into a senior operational leadership position.
