Location: Colnbrook

Salary £35,000

Hours: Monday
Contract: Permanent | Full Time – 42.5 hours/week
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off

Air Export Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate collections for start-to-finish export shipments
• Complete accurate customs declarations
• Liaise with UK clients, overseas agents, and international customers
• Obtain spot rates from airlines and complete bookings via WebCargo
• Monitor shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring timely updates
• Handle amendments and manage dangerous goods (DG) shipments
• Process documentation, including POEs
• Generate client invoices and ensure proper billing procedures

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in air freight exports is essential
• Confident in dealing with clients and overseas agents
• Working knowledge of customs processes, WebCargo, and DG handling
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
