Salary Range – £30,000

Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00am – 17:30pm

What you’ll be doing as our new air import specialist:

• Providing top-notch customer service that’ll make clients feel like they’re your only priority (because they are).
• Working with overseas agents to ensure smooth sailing (or flying) for our shipments.
• Creating selling rates and quotes that will make our clients’ budgets smile.
• Mastering the world of Customs Clearance (because who doesn’t love a little paperwork?)
• Arranging transport to get our goods from A to B (and sometimes C, D, and E).
• Keeping a sharp eye on the costing of files, because every penny counts.
• Getting your hands on those invoices and keeping things in the green.
• Navigating the thrilling world of reclaims and solving problems like a pro.
• Keeping clients in the loop with milestone updates – communication is key!
• Ensuring we’re always on top of arrivals-no surprises here!
• Resolving any invoice queries like a true problem-solver.

What you bring to the table:

• A can-do attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A knack for liaising with overseas agents and building solid working relationships.
• Experience (or eagerness to learn) about customs clearance, transportation, and the inner workings of air imports.
• An eye for detail, because those costings, quotes, and milestone updates need to be perfect.
• The ability to juggle a few things at once and still make it look easy!
