The role could suit a recent electrical engineering graduate or an electrical engineer with experience.
The Role
- Based in corporate head quarters
- Supporting customers directly with incoming enquiries, advising customers and providing technical support.
- Carry out calculations to enable you to specify suitable products
- You will be responsible for providing technical assistance with the selection of products and working with the engineering team to investigate viability for the design of new custom products as per customer requirements.
- Career progression from this role often enables staff to move onto roles as: sales engineer, design engineer or product manager.
You
- Electrical Qualifications are essential: electrical engineering degree or HNC/HND or apprenticeship or electrical City & Guilds with hands on experience: Essentially if you are an electrical engineer we’d like to consider your application.
- Work experience highly preferred: such as an industrial placement, hands on electrical engineering, or customer facing such as internal sales, customer services, technical support would be highly beneficial.
- You will need a driving licence due to the rural location.
- Good communication skills essential. This is a mix between a technical role and an internal sales type position.
Package
- Salary £25K – £30K for a more recent graduate or less experience and £30K – £35K for more experience and higher qualified.
- 25 days holiday + BH
