Are you an experienced packaging sales professional looking to join a growing and well-established business?

We’re recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover the North West, responsible for developing new business while managing and growing an established customer base across a range of industrial and commercial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of selling packaging solutions who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The Role

• Develop new business across the North West region.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Sell a broad range of packaging solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and deliver against sales and margin targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.

The Candidate

• Essential: Previous field sales experience within the packaging industry.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Package

• £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary
