Do you have experience in an area sales role in capital equipment and a track record of success?

My client are a market leader in the manufacturing of industrial shredding machines and looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage the South of the UK.

The Role

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated area.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and industry advancements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.

Requirements

  • Sold circa 20 units per year
  • Evidence circa £4m annual sales revenue
  • Knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment
  • Experience in managing own diary and territory

Package

  • Salary to £70,000 + Commission
  • Company Car (BMW)
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Private healthcare
