Overview
My client is a well-established mechanical and building services contractor delivering HVAC installation and maintenance projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public sector environments.
They are seeking an Assistant Mechanical Site Manager to support the delivery of mechanical installation projects across Dublin, working closely with the Site Manager and project teams.
Role
You will assist in the day-to-day management of mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. This includes coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and supporting site reporting and quality control.
Key Requirements
- Experience in mechanical or HVAC installation environments
- Background in site supervision or trade (pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Understanding of site safety procedures and RAMS
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site activities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full Irish driving licence (or equivalent)
