A well-established international freight forwarding and logistics company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop its Houston office. This is a key leadership role focused on driving business growth while maintaining operational excellence and high service standards.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior professional with strong commercial acumen and leadership experience within international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all branch operations
- Develop and implement commercial strategies within the local market
- Grow and manage the client portfolio
- Monitor branch performance, including revenue, costs, and key KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and develop the local team
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Take full ownership of branch P&L performance
Package
- Competitive base salary (estimated $90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience)

Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
