Air Export Agent – Night Operations
San Francisco| $65,000 Base Salary + Bonus and Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Air Export Agent to join the night operations team of a leading international freight forwarder. This is an opportunity for a local candidate who understands export compliance and can keep time-critical shipments moving efficiently.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
Coordinate air export shipments from booking through final delivery
Complete accurate and timely operational data entry
Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates
Prepare billing and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain compliance with company procedures and export regulations
Requirements
Previous air export or international logistics experience
Strong knowledge of export compliance and airline operations
Current Dangerous Goods certification
Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills
Package
$65,000 base salary
Potential bonus after the first year
