Ocean Export Coordinator – Hamburg, Germany

Salary: Up to €60,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join a well-established international freight forwarder in Hamburg.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a young, ambitious and close-knit team, where you’ll take ownership of ocean export shipments and play an important role in delivering a high standard of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery.

• Coordinate FCL and LCL shipments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers and customers.

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including Bills of Lading.

• Monitor shipments, resolve operational issues and provide regular customer updates.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Ocean Freight Export operations.

• Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident communication and customer service skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage shipments independently.
