Healthcare Operations Manager – Freight Forwarding

$95,000 Base Salary + Bonus and Benefits
We are recruiting a Healthcare Operations Manager for a leading global freight forwarder. This position will oversee GDP-compliant healthcare logistics, temperature-controlled operations and customer implementations across the district’s office and warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
Lead healthcare and GDP compliance across warehouse operations
Maintain facilities, equipment and storage areas to GDP standards
Manage CAPAs, risk assessments, audits and document control
Oversee temperature-controlled packaging, data loggers and equipment
Implement healthcare customers, SOPs and quality agreements
Support strategic RFQs and develop tailored logistics solutions
Identify service improvements, retention opportunities and business growth
Requirements
Strong air freight and global logistics experience
Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life-sciences logistics knowledge
Good Distribution Practice certification and practical GDP experience
Understanding of temperature-controlled freight and thermal packaging
Experience supporting audits, CAPAs and customer implementations
Package
$95,000 base salary
