San Francisco | $65,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Excellent Benefits An excellent opportunity to join an established international freight forwarding business as an Ocean Export Coordinator. We’re looking for a customer-focused, organised individual with freight forwarding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced international logistics environment. The Role:
- Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
- Manage shipping documentation, data entry and operational processes.
- Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
- Handle billing, invoicing and query resolution.
- Ensure customer SOPs, KPIs and compliance requirements are met.
- About You:
- Previous ocean export or freight forwarding experience preferred.
- Good understanding of international shipping processes and documentation.
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

- $65,000 base salary.
