Container Operations Office Manager – Stanford-le-Hope, Essex- £50K

My client is looking for an experienced Office Manager with experience in shipping or Container Operations to be a pivotal part of the Container Operations Team in Stanford-le-Hope. If you have great experience with Container Operations, Container Control and experience leading a team you could be right for this role.
Package:

- 8:30-9am – Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise Operational efficiency and the elimination of avoidable cost/waste/loss.
- Maximise Depot revenue and business growth from new and existing customer
- Work alongside Depot Managers, to support the Container Operations teams.
- Lead Container Control Operations.
- Oversee Access and Exit Gates.
- Conduct Health & Safety Audits for the Office and Depot.
- Monitor KPIs.
- Management over budgeting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working in a UK Container Depot.
- Knowledge and understanding of Container Operations.
- Previous Leadership Experience.
- Experience conducting estimation for Containers repairs.
- Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness.
