Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex
Salary: Up to £54,000 (DOE)

My client is looking for an experienced Container Yard Manager to be a pivotal part of the Depot Management Team in Stanford-le-Hope. If you have great experience with Empty Container Operations, Maintenance and Repair and Leadership, you are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Depot Manager, managing all Yard/Depot and Container Operations.
- Be Safety focused, ensuring a safe work environment across the site.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- P&L responsibilities across operations and the depot.
- Ensure M&R operation run smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as an escalation point for the depot when needed.
- Monitor KPI’s, SLA’s and overall performance and implement plans and amendments to ensure high performance is achieved across the board.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Yard/Depot Management.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Container Operations
- M&R Operations Experience for Containers.
- Business/Commercial Acumen.
- ECH, IOSH/NEBOSH Certification
- Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
