We are recruiting an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor for a leading global freight forwarder. This role will oversee import brokerage operations, develop the customs team and maintain the highest standards of compliance, customer service and profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the import customs brokerage team
Oversee customs entries, clearances and regulatory compliance
Monitor operational performance, billing and department profitability
Maintain SOPs and improve processes, productivity and service levels
Support customer reviews, presentations and account development
Ensure employees complete training and development objectives
Requirements
Three-plus years’ customs brokerage experience
US Customs Broker License obtained or currently in progress
Strong knowledge of US import clearance and customs regulations
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong analytical, organizational and customer-management abilities
Package
$70,000 base salary
