Customs Clerk

Customs Clerk – Witham – Up to £30,000

Our client, who are an independent freight forwarder are looking for a Customs Clerk to join their growing team in Witham, UK.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Import & Export Entries
  • Dealing with Port Heath / other gov depts..
  • Bonding containers from Port to warehouse.
  • ETSF / Bonded Warehouse experience
  • Able to Manage work to time deadline
  • Able to use Destin8 CNS and NCTS.
  • Ncts Movements
  • Able to classify goods.
  • Devan containers on Destin8
  • CVEDs And CEDS on the Traces System.

Requirements:

  • UK experience of Import & Export customs entries
  • Knowledge on CDS
  • Knowledge on entries software
  • Right to work in the UK
