E-Commerce Manager – Amazon FBA

Location: London, UK (Or Remote Based)

Salary: Up to £60,000pa (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:00pm

Are you experienced in managing e-shop, e-commerce and Amazon FBA products? My client is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to be a crucial part of the team, supporting and establishing their online presence through Amzaon FBA and their E-Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategies to maximize sales and brand presence on Amazon and similar e-commerce platforms.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely restocking, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
• Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Track and analyse sales performance, advertising metrics, and other key data points to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s and other e-commerce platform policies and guidelines, avoiding any penalties or suspensions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Understanding of Amazon and other e-commerce platforms SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and handling customer inquiries.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools, Amazon Seller Central, and advertising platforms.
