Job Overview:

The Freight Operations Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient freight forwarding, transport scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of coordinators, track shipments, resolve operational issues,manage customs clearance and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operations and manage team performance
  • Oversee transport schedules and ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage customs clearance processes and documentation
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Analyze data to optimize operations and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics/operations management
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of global freight forwarding and customs regulations
