Salary: Up to £32,000 per year
Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid Working: 2 days a week after probationary period

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage European road and air freight operations
• Handle the import/export process with precision and efficiency
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and proactive issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in freight operations, with a solid understanding of European road and air freight
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
