Freight Sales Executive

Freight Sales Executive – Shepperton – Up to £40,000

Our client, who are a known freight forwarder are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team in Shepperton, UK

As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting new clients, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and promoting our services to potential customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00am to 17:30pm

** This is an office based role **

Salary: Up to £40,000

Other benefits:

  • 21 days holiday, with an additional day for every year you have been there (capped at 27)
  • Uncapped commission

Role Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry, highly desirable
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a freight setting
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
