Gateway Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

An international freight forwarding and logistics business is looking for an experienced Gateway Coordinator to join its established operation in Feltham.
Working within the Gateway team, you will coordinate the smooth movement of international freight while ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate collections and deliveries to and from airlines
- Manage the flow of arriving and departing consignments
- Complete ETSF records and discharge T1 movements
- Ensure accurate system data and milestone updates
- Complete customs reporting and follow time-sensitive SOPs/KPIs
- Resolve customer and supplier queries
- Support invoicing, job costing and cost control
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Previous freight forwarding experience
- Air freight/import/export experience preferred
- Consolidations or gateway experience advantageous
- Understanding of DfT/CAA, HMRC and IATA regulations
