Health and Safety Executive – Remote
WR logistics are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Executive – Remote.
The position is working remotely however you will need to visit sites across the country when necessary.
This a role within the Transport industry so industry experience would be an advantage.
Must have NEBOSH and IOSH Qualifications
Hours and Pay – Health and Safety Executive – Remote
- Monday – Friday
- 0830 – 1730
- £45,000
- Must be able to travel to the following sites for visits – Thurruck, Elsmere, Kingsbury, Northampton, Immingham but primarily working from home. (Can book hotels the night before the visit, if helps)
Main Duties & Responsibilities – Health and Safety Executive – Remote
- Provide the experience and knowledge to the business as on site HSE
- Leading and implementing HSE policies and procedures throughout the site.
- To develop and implement the site HSE Continuous Improvement plan to meet the objectives.
- preparing and writing audits
- site visits
- investigations for HSE purposes.
- Good knowledge of dangerous and hazardous goods transport regulations.
- Reporting and managing all incidents with appropriate agencies.
- Ensuring statutory compliance of the site
- Setting targets for site HSE performance
- Providing reports as required on site HSE performance
- To manage Risk Assessment activities at the site, identifying hazards and aspects
- To support Health and Safety and Environmental site certifications as required
- Ensuring employees are trained and competent in relation to HSE

- Own Vehicle for travelling to site locations.
