A heat pump business who have built up a reputation for the highest quality product over a 20-year period is now looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager, who possesses both exceptional heat pump knowledge and sales figures to match. The product is one that “sells itself”, so the Sales Managers main requirements will be their strength of existing relationships with house builders and end users throughout the South East. This role will see the potential for progression to National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or a similar management role

Suitable for Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, Territory Managers, Regional Sales Managers and National Sales Managers who want to work for a market-leading manufacturer

Package:

• On target earning of over £100,000
• Base salary £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
• Car – Electric, Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc, or an allowance – they are very flexible and usually buy a car of your choice (within reason!)
• 33 days holiday
• 4% pension

Requirements:

• Exceptional knowledge of heat pumps
• Eye-watering sales figures
• Must have experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Engineer
• Currently selling to house builders, contractors, end users or specifiers
• Currently based in the South east of England
