HVAC Service Sales Representative
An established HVAC service provider is recruiting a Service Sales Representative to grow its maintenance agreement business within an assigned territory. You will work with facility directors to understand their heating, cooling, ventilation and controls maintenance requirements, selling renewable service agreements supported by local branch operations.
The role covers prospecting, customer meetings, proposals and closing new business, incorporating digital service offerings where relevant. You will also coordinate customer kick-off meetings, develop existing accounts and secure agreement extensions and additional service opportunities.
Requirements
Previous sales experience and familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
Confident prospecting, qualifying customer requirements and presenting proposals.
Experience selling service agreements or other intangible services preferred.
Technical aptitude and knowledge of building HVAC systems desirable.
Salesforce experience and post-secondary education advantageous.
Package
$55,000-$92,000 salary, dependent on experience, plus a sales incentive plan linked to sales volume and margin.
