Location: Birmingham
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + Commission

My client is looking for a results driven, experienced Internal Sales or Logistics Account Manager to join their team in their Birmingham Office. The right candidate will be an experienced sales-person who has worked previously for a UK based Freight Forwarder or Supply Chain Company.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent customer service.
- To generate and follow up sales leads, liaising with new and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit.
- Bring new business and liaise with the operations and distribution teams.
- Be up-to-date on current developments in the market and information on competitors.
Requirements:
- Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Sales/Account Management Experience.
- Knowledge and experience across the Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Experience working for a UK based Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain company.
- Exceptional Customer Service experience.
- Cold Calling Experience.
- Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
