Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer seeking a new role within a well established company and successful team?
Do you have experience in Finite Element Analysis?
My client manufacture next generation ultra precision machines and motion systems and are looking for a confident Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.
The Role
- Undertake product design for customer enquiries and mechanical design for component/tooling requirements.
- Produce designs using Autodesk Inventor from initial 3D models to final manufacturing drawings and Solidworks
- Programming using Matlab & Ansys
- Provide valuable mechanical product design expertise to contribute to the success of projects and overall company growth
- Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 2+ years experience in a design role
- Knowledge of relevant software ; Solidworks, Matlab and Ansys
Package
- Salary up to £35,000 per anum
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company pension
- Support towards Phd if interested
