Mechanical Estimator – Building Services
- Typically office based
- Reviewing tenders, designs
- Pricing labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
- Project values £250K – £4M
- Projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildings
- You must have mechanical building services knowledge – HVAC, work & ventilation
- You must be either an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Manager and experienced in pricing and quoting projects.
- You must be local to Cannock.
- Negotiable salary DoE £50K – £65K
- 25 days holidays
- Pension
