Project Manager
£65K + 25 days holidays. Typically factory based.
My client is an established global manufacturer of engineered-to-order HVAC & fire suppression solutions.
We invite applications from Project Managers with Building Services or industrial engineering PM experience
The Role
- You will primarily be accountable for a major customer as the single point of contact, and occasional ad-hoc projects
- Customer facing
- Maintaining project schedules are key to this role
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders to gain commitment to deliver; procurement, production, test, customer, supply-chain
- Project Management and Project Engineering – organise planning/programming of the project
- Cost control and interim/final accounts
- Prepare procurement plan
- Project control including RFIs, Variations, Delays, Preparation of O&M manuals, raising monthly claims/invoices
- Attend design meetings with clients and carry out a site visits periodically
- Design risk assessment and produce RAMS
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between 0930-1530, lunchtime finish Fridays
You
- Several years project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing capacity
- degree/HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, alternatively Business Administration
- AMP/PMP, Prince2 certified
- Super organised, ability to work autonomously reporting to a remote line manager

Salary circa £65K, 25 days holiday
