Overview
My client is a growing mechanical and electrical contractor delivering design, installation, and maintenance services across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and public sector projects. They are known for delivering high-quality building systems from concept through to installation and handover.
They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages across a range of building services projects.
Role
You will manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. This includes coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site installation teams.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / M&E
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors
- Ability to deliver projects from design through to handover
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
