Multi-trades person – maintenance

WR require a Multi-Trades Maintenance Technician to cover small works and planned new builds on social housing contract with a contractor working on behalf of Portsmouth Council and private clients.

Long term regular on-going work.

Covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

General maintenance experience is required covering: Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating and basic plumbing.

Therefore applicants should have at least 5 years experience in the following trades; Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating and basic plumbing.

Must have own tools. Can use own van or company van.


£18 to 20ph, 8 Hours paid per day. Job and finish.

Paid by CIS weekly pay or PAYE if not CIS registered.

Hours M-F 0800 -1600
