Multimodal Freight Coordinator – Aberdeen – Up to £30,000
A well-established, reputable UK based multimodal logistics specialist are looking for a multimodal Freight Coordinator, who specialises in all Things Sea, air & road from start to finish.
This role will be based at their operation in Aberdeen.

Shift Pattern: 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday- Friday
Job Type – Full time-Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Dependant on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the importation & Exportation of goods via Air, road & Sea freight.
- As a Multimodal Freight Coordinator, you will deal with all aspects of imports & exports across Sea, road & air freight, managing the entire life cycle.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of import & Export activities.
- Communicate and liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and clients.
Requirements:
- Air, road or sea experience is an essential requirement for this role.
- Arrange and process imports & Exports- Including customs clearance
- Proficiency in using freight forwarding software.
- Knowledge of CDS system.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience with a UK based freight forwarder.
- Dangerous Goods by air would be advantageous.
