Airfreight/Seafreight Operator based in Warrington.
Position: Airfreight/Seafreight Operator
Location: Warrington
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:00
Salary: Starting from £28,000 + per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role:
- Manage multi-modal shipments (Air Import & Ocean Import) from start to finish
- Coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers (hauliers, shipping lines, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-focused approach with excellent service
- Strong knowledge and experience in customs procedures
- 3+ years of experience in the UK freight forwarding sector, working across multiple transport modes
- Proficiency in logistics systems
- A solid understanding of Incoterms and industry regulations
- End-to-end shipment management experience
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
