Senior Business Development Manager – International Freight Forwarding
Up to $150,000 Base + 10% Ongoing Commission
We are recruiting an experienced international logistics sales professional for a rapidly growing freight forwarder approaching $1 billion in annual revenue. This is a nationwide growth position offering independence, substantial internal support, and exceptional uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Win new international air, ocean, customs, and compliance business
- Develop and execute a nationwide target-account strategy
- Build relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Create tailored solutions across global forwarding and customs services
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful account management
Requirements
- Ten-plus years’ international logistics industry experience
- Proven success selling freight forwarding and customs services
- Established book of business and strong revenue-generation record
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and highly performance-driven
Package
- Base salary – $150,000
- 10% ongoing commission
- Uncapped earnings with seven-figure potential for top performers
