Job type: Full time – Permanent
Shift Pattern: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday- Friday
Salary Up to £42,000 Depending on experience
Multimodal Freight Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Importation & Exportation of goods via Air, road & Sea freight.
- As a Multimodal Freight Coordinator, you will deal with all aspects of imports & exports across Sea, road & air freight, managing the entire life cycle.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of import & Export activities.
- Communicate and liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and clients.
Requirements:
- Experience with Air/Road/Sea Operations
- Arrange and process Imports & Exports- Including customs clearance
- Knowledge of CDS system.
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience with a UK based freight forwarder- In a similar
- Dangerous Goods by air would be advantageous.
